VtigerCRM restricts user to preview the uploaded documents in web browser. In order to view an uploaded document in VtigerCRM, user has to download the document from VtigerCRM to the local machine and then user has to open the document using an application. If application to view the document is not available, we have to find and Install it. We ease this process by introducing – Preview Document for VtigerCRM.
Preview Document for VtigerCRM module allows user to preview the document which is uploaded to Documents Module without downloading it. You can see an eye icon in the List view of Documents Module List view as well as modules related to Documents List view. When user click on the Icon, it will preview the Document in Web Browser.
See, no downloading, no installing, no clearing of data. You can preview the document in a single click. Preview Document for VtigerCRM module will save lots of time of the user and skip unwanted .
