Notifier for VtigerCRM released

Notifier module will notify Users about the creation and updation of the records. User can login into the CRM and check the notifications to find out what happened when he/she is not online. Notifier Module will save lots of time for the Users and can also see all the updates. User have option to turn off the notifications for certain records and modules. User can see their notification history too.
